Detica Group plc, the specialist IT consultancy, announces the appointment of John Woollhead as Company Secretary with effect from today. Mandy Gradden previously undertook the role of Company Secretary in addition to her core ongoing responsibilities as Group Finance Director.

John joins Detica from Peterhouse Group plc, the quoted engineering services group, where he was Company Secretary prior to its acquisition by Babcock International Group plc in 2004. John has worked in company secretarial roles within the Peterhouse Group for over 20 years and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
